Our Gluten-Free Bread Mix makes two loaves of bread. Sandwich Bread, Savory Rolls, Hamburger Buns, Crouton, and Stuffing. One loaf makes 10-12 rolls or 5-7 burger buns
We are an artisan business. All our mixes were developed for our gluten-free restaurant and thus there are no wheat grains in any of our mixes or flours.
